Nice hotel, beautifully maintained rooms, the staff was thoughtful! The location was great and beautiful for walking around Lake Arrowhead Village. The venue was in a very nice area, near to the concerts at the Village, Good Food, and the lake and Arrowhead Village. Couldn't recommend more this place and would stay here again.

The hotel is centrally located and has a quiet atmosphere. The staff is thoughtful and friendly. The property is conveniently situated 300 feet from the bus stop. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back again.

The room was impressive, comfy and had a cute balcony and a kitchen area. the location was stunning, next to a shopping center and restaurant. - Easily reached Village Ice Cream, located not too far from the hotel; had lunch/dinner there.

I loved the location, with everything right down the hill - it was perfect. the staff were amazing and very helpful. the cleanliness was spot on, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

Our recent New Year's stay in the European-style villa was delightful. the location's proximity to the village and the private beach was convenient for exploring and relaxing. the shared kitchen facility and coffee maker in the lobby provided added convenience. the unique decor and cozy jacuzzi tub in our room added a charming touch to our stay.

There were some cleanliness issues with the room upon check-in, including a dusty floor and a blanket with an unpleasant smell. Additionally, there were some lapses in housekeeping services during our stay, with towels not being replaced, and the room not being properly cleaned.

The rooms were impressive, and everything was great. The room with a balcony was a plus. The presence of a shower, bidet, and bath sheets was a great addition. The location is marvelous and stunning, very close to the lake, Arrowhead Village, and various shops and restaurants. I even visited The Grapevine next to the venue for a few drinks.

I was offered a room with great views of the mountains. The hotel had a very central location right down the hill. Plus, it was very close to the grounds.
